2016 Chapbook Contest: Week 13 Review

Hi everyone! Small updates this week about shipping chaps, our second print run, and upcoming readings 🙂

Shipping Chaps!!

As of now, all of the 1st edition chapbooks at my house (or Jeremiah’s) have been hand-numbered and inspected. I’ve also begun firing stuff out:

1st Shipment Bundle (cropped address)

This first batch of shipments had chaps bundled up for all 3 cover artists, anyone who provided a back-cover blurb, or a presales reviewer.

2nd Shipment Bundle

This second bundle of chaps was sent out yesterday, focused on everyone who ordered during the first two days!! But fear not, as I’m printing another 30 packing slips today, and will be bundling + shipping another huge batch of chapbooks either this afternoon or early tomorrow. I hope to have chapbook presale orders for EVERYONE fulfilled by the weekend 🙂 So keep an eye on your mailbox ❤

Second Print Run (continued)

As I’ve already nearly exhausted those nice stacks of chaps from last week’s review, I’ve gone and ordered more from our 2nd print run for all 3 writers. Bottlecap will be shipping those to me, which should arrive before the end of the month! So the shipments will continue as new orders come in.

Upcoming Readings

Nostrovia! has a lot in the works. Beyond our usual NYC Poetry Festival reading, which will take place later this month (full details here), we’re also attending a new event, This Lil Lit Fest (full details here), as one of four featured presses!!

Beyond that, we’ll be hosting another online reading later this year (thinking October or so), so stay tuned–we’ll have lots of footage and pictures from these events, which we’ll be sure to share with all of you!

Much love, and see you next week❤
-Christopher
